Frostronics Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing Frostronics products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

General Returns: You have 30 days from the date you received your product to initiate a return.
Defective Products: If the product is defective, misdescribed, or damaged upon arrival, you may initiate a return within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase from Amazon.com/Walmart.com/Wayfair.com is required to complete your return.

3. Return Process

• Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Wayfair.com Purchases: Please initiate returns through the respective website from which you purchased the Frostronics product. Each platform provides a step-by-step guide for returns in your order history.

• MFN Returns: If purchased directly from our website, please contact our customer service at dtc_cs@frostronics.com to initiate the return process.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Shipping

Shipping label will be provided by Frostronics

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at dtc_cs@frostronics.com.

7. International Returns

Customers outside the USA and Canada are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees for returns.
